One piece of advice I have for buyers if they’re thinking about moving to a new neighborhood is exploring that neighborhood. Going and hanging out on an afternoon, in the evening, and on the weekend to see what the general fee and vibe is of the neighborhood. One thing that a lot of people also don’t do is try out your commute. If you drive to an office, go to your potential neighborhood in the morning or in the afternoon and try the commute from your place of employment to see if it’s something that you can put up with every single day.
