
We’re in a seller’s market and homes are selling very quickly. It’s sometimes hard to find what you may think is a great deal. I always recommend to clients to take a look at not just what recently came to the market but homes that have been on the market for 30 or 60 more days cause sometimes there may something wrong with the property, but sometimes there’s not and they have just been sitting on the market for awhile and that can be an opportunity for you to get a good deal.
